消費者傾向選擇更健康的零食,既滿足情緒需求又減少健康負擔。有權(quán)威機構(gòu)發(fā)表聲明有69% 的消費者表示他們想要兩全其美,尋找平衡零食滿足和健康兩方面的食品。在購買零食時,但近四成消費者遵循口味第一的原則,其次考慮零食成分的健康性。
